Homework Plus is a partnership between Family Day Care Services and two public schools: Armadale Public School and Ross Doan Public School.
The free, referral-based program offers academic and social skills support to students who would benefit from assistance in order to reach their potential.
Parents of children in the program will also have access to parenting resources and information.
Children in the program:
- Establish a homework routine
- Complete homework
- Practice reading
- Participate in a physical activity
- Eat a healthy snack
The programs run from school dismissal until 5:30 p.m. To register, please contact your child’s teacher. As spaces are limited, children are expected to attend the program on days they are registered.
