COVID-19 Update on Program Closures

We have received several enquiries about when our child care programs will reopen. The Ministry of Education will advise child care operators when the mandated closure of licensed child care has been lifted and programs may begin to reopen.  Notice of when Family Day programs will open will be communicated to families by email and also on the Family Day website.  

We have also received questions from parents about when they will be able to access their child’s belongings.  Shortly after the Government of Ontario’s announcement that schools would be closed to manage the spread of COVID-19, we were no longer able to access our sites located within schools.  We are currently awaiting word from our various Board of Education partners about when and how we will be able access these sites.
