Family Day Before & After School Programs Required to Close – January 4 to 8, 2021
On Monday, December 21st, the Premier of Ontario announced Safer at Home Restrictions for the next 28 days and ordered a range of time-limited public health actions to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
As part of this, and at the direction of the Ministry of Education, all Before & After School Programs will not be allowed to operate during the week of Monday, January 4th through to Friday, January 8th and will therefore be closed. Before & After School programs will reopen on Monday, January 11th. During this one-week closure, parents will not be charged any fees.
Please note that child care programs for infants, toddlers and preschoolers will remain open for the duration of the 28-day period that the Safer at Home Restrictions are in force.
